RETURNING TROOPS.

RIMUTAKA AND KIGOMA DUE SHORTLY. According to the latest advices received by the Base Records Office, the troopship Rimutaka waa scheduled to leave Hobart on Monday, in which case, under favorable circumstances, she should reach Wellington about the evening of Saturday, January 3rd. The Rimutaka was formerly expected to arrive on the 2nd.

The Kigoma, which is bringing another draft of returning troops, left the United Kingdom on November 21st., and is now due at Wellington on January Oth. She has not yet reached Fremantle.
