JN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by section 1(1 of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913," and with the consent of the ratepayers of the Kirihau Road Special Rating Area in the Taranaki County, hereinafter described testified by. a petition signed by not less than three-fourths of the ratepayers of the special rating area, the Capital Values of whose properties as appearing in the Valuation Roll of the said County is collectively greater than the Capital Values of the properties of the Ratepayers who did not so consent: The Taranaki County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order for the purpose of forming and metalling the Kirihau Road, the Taranaki County Council hereby authorises the raising of a Loan of £3OO at four and a half per centum per annum for a period of thirty-six years and a half, and declares that the cost of raising the said Loan and the first years interest on the Loan shall be papyable out of the 'money so raised. SPECIAL RATING AREA. Sections 1, 2, 4, 3, 6, and 7 of section 170, block one, Egmont Survey District.
