NEW YEAR TOURNAMENT.
.For the annual tournament of clubs affiliated to the Taranaki Bowling Centre to be held at New Plymouth on lan. 1 and 2, there are 21 entries, and those have been divided Into three sections of seven each. Sectional games will consist of 13 heads, while for the seml-flnals and final there will be 21 heads. Each rink will play four gaimes on the first day, commencing at 0 o'c?ock. At the conclusion of the seventh round all sectional winners or tiers of sections will proi ceed Immediately to the West End green, where I the semi-finals and finals will be played, iho ! winners will receive gold medals.
