RATIFICATION NEXT WEEK. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Paris, Dec. 21. The Allies have definitely decided to sign peace before Christmas. London, Dec. 20. The Paris correspondent of the Morning Post says that the Scapa sinkings and other outstanding matters are approaching adjustment, probably enabling the ratification of peace on the 29th.— Aus.-N.Z.
