SEAMEN'S WAGES.
NEW SCALE OF DEMANDS. By Telegraph.—-Press Association. Dunedin, Last Night. A lengthy statement of claims for a new agreement has been fubmitted by the Federated Seamen's Union to New Zealand shipowners. Following are the wages demanded per lunar month:— Boatswain £l6, leading deck hand dept. £l6, quarter-master £ls, lamp trimmers £ls, able seamen £ls, lamp trimmer and A.B. £l6, ordinary seamen (over IS years) £ll, ordinary seamen (under 18 years) £9 15s, donkeymen £lB, fireman greaser £lB 10s, firemen £l7, trimmers £ls, crew's attendants £ls.
