The Morning Post says that it is practically certain the Peace Treaty will be formally ratified on January 1, automatically creating the League of Nations. This involves a meeting of the League Council within 15 days to appoint the Saar Valley Commission. The Council will probably meet in Pans on January 7 or 8, Lord Curzon representing Britain. M.
