THE PRINCE.
TOUR OF AUSTRALASIA. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, Dec. 17. No definite arrangements have yet been made regarding the Prince 'of trip to Australia and New Zealand. It is understood that he goes on board a warship. The announcement was made informally as lie was presiding at a council meeting of King Edward's Hospital Fund, in order to explain why he would be absent from council meetings. The Prince added. "His Majesty is sending me to Australia and New Zealand. This wilP- necessitate leaving about March." The Prince will visit all the principal towns of Australia and New Zealand including the West Australian mining districts. He will also go inland over the States to inspect agricultural, pastoral and. other industries. He will participate in bush sports. It is believed the Felton-Barrv match will lie fixed to coincide with the' Prince's stay in Sydney. He intends to make an extensive tour of Aew Zealand, moludin/j the beauty spots. He will possibly cross the Pacific and return through Canada.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
