COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICES. COUNTY OF TARANAKI. TE AREI ROAD SPECIAL RATING AREA. SPECIAL ORDER. TN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by section 16 of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913," and with the consent of the Ratepayers of the.Te Arei Road Special Rating Area in the Taranaki County hereinafter described testified by a petition signed by not less than three-fourths of the Ratepayers of the Special Rating Area, the capital values of whose properties as appearing in the valuation roll of the said County is collectively greater than the Capital Values of the properties of the Ratepayers who did not so consent, the Taranaki County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follows: For the purpose of forming and met'alling the Te Arei Road, the Taranaki County Council hereby authorises the raising of a Loan of £BOO at four and a half per centum per annum for a period of thirty-six years and a half, «,nd declares that the cost of raising the said Loan and the first year's interest on the Loan shall be payable out of the moneys so raised. SPECIAL RATING AREA. Sections S3, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76,' 77, 150, 157, 79, 80, 81, 82, 84, 173, 174, 175, 252, 159, 160, 161, 162, 176, 180, 1 and 2 Manganui Town Belt, Block nine, Waitara SurveyDistrict, Huirangi District. The foregoing resolution will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of tha Council to be held at 2 p.m. on MONDAY, the 12th day of January, 1920.

SPECIAL ORDER TN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by section 1C of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913," and with the consent of the ratepayers of the liirlliau Road Special Rating Area in the Taranaki County, hereinafter described testified by a petition signed by not leas than three-fourths of the ratepayers of the special rating area, the Capital Values of whoso properties as appearing in the Valuation Roll of the said County is collectively greater than the Capital Values of the properties of the Ratepayers who did not so consent: i The Taranaki County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order for the purpose of forming and metalling the Kirihau Road, the Taranaki County Council hereby authorises the raising of a Loan of £BOO at four and a half per centum per annum for a period of thirty-six years and a half, and declares that the cost of raising the said Loan and the first year's interest on the Loan shall be papyable out of the money so raised. SPECIAL RATING AREA. Sections 1, 2, 4, 5, 0, and 7 of section 170, block one, Egmont Survey District.
