ITS FUTURE DEVELOPMENT. By Tehcrasb. —Press Assn.—Copyristit. London, Dec, 13. General Trenchard, chief of the Air Staff, in a memorandum, outlines the future of the Royal Air Force, and Mr. Churchill states that the Cabinet lias approved the proposals in principle. Tho expenditure on the force in the next few years is provisionally fixed at fifteen millions yearly. ' The scheme divides the forces into three sections, namely the Independent Force, tho Naval and the Military. Eventually it will consist of 28 squadrons, eight in India, three in Mesopotomia, seven in four in home service, and seven with the fleet. An Air Force Reserve will be created on a territorial basis.
