NEW SHIPS.
BUILDING IX UNITED STATES. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Dec. M, 5.5 p.m. New York, Dec. 13. The Washington correspondent of the Times announces that the construction division of the Shipping Board -will have delivered six million tons of shipping in WIS. It recommends the construction of seventy cargo liners, totalling 800,000 dead weight tons. It advises against the building of large passenger steamers. —Aus.-N.. Cable Assn.
