AN IMPORTANT CONFERENCE. By Telegraph— Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Dec. 14, 5.5 p.m. i London, Dec. 13. In the House of Commons, Mr. Bonar Law said Mr. Lloyd George, M. Clemenceau, and Signer Seialoja (the Italian Foreign Minister), will discuss the Russian question, during their London conference. It is unofficially reported that the conference may announce the formal ratification of the Peace Treaty without delay. M. Clemenceau had a conference with Mr. Lloyd George during the morning and afternoon, lasting 4% hours. Considerable progress was made, economic, financial and military subjects being harmoniously discussed. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
