To the Editor. (Published By Arrangement.) Sir,—With reference to Mr. Sangster'j lettcr,_ allow me to say that Mr. Masters did not introduce the sectarian issue. The question was raised by the publication of the pamphlet, which was issued by the P.P.A. and welcomed by the Reform Party. Indeed, the matter of sectarianism has been used continually since the beginning of the campaign by Mr. Hine's supporters.
