LAURENT v. McGINTY. 1 VERDICT FOR DEFENDANT. The action of Laurent v. McGinty in which plaintiff sued for £OO3 3s 4d dam. ages m respect to an alleged breach of an agreement for the lease of the rao* mg mare Haversack, was continued in the Supreme Court yesterday. Mr. Ci H. Weston appeared for plaintiff and M? A. H. Johnstone represented defendant. After counsel had addressed the jury at some length his Honor summed up, submitting six issues to them.
