Present Indications are for strong, but decreasing southerly winds northward of New Plymouth and Napier, and moderate to strong southerlies, veering -.o westerlies shortly elsewhore. Weather fair to cloudy generally, but scattered showers are likely, especially in tho northern and East. Coast districts of the North Island. Tho barometer has a rising tendency.
