In the Assembly, Herr Erzeberger (the Minister for Finance) explained the financial programme which projected a levy on income tax on a sliding scale of from ten to sixty per -*nt. It is proposed to tax capital revenues ten per cent and make a general levy yielding fifteen milliards of marks.—Reuter Service. \
