OPENING TO-DAY. The criminal gession of the Supreme Court at New Plymouth opens this morning a t n o ' e ] ock before Hifl Ronm L Justice (Sir Robert Stout). The calendar is not a heavv one, nor are any of the cases of a serious type. A native" -woman is to appear on a charge oi bigamy and two men are charged with breaking and entering. Five prisoners have to appear for sentence The civil list includes five cases for trial befo» a judge ami jury and six before a judge alone.
