BOROUGH OP NEW PLYMOUTH. is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the New Plymouth Borough Council, held 011 the 10th day of November, 1910, the following resolution was passed:— \ "The Common Seal of the Mayor, Councillors Mid Burgesses of the Borough of New Plymouth having become worn out and no longer suitable for use, the New Plymouth Borough Council, in • pursuance of the proyiaions of section 4 of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908," hereby orders such seal to be altered and changed to ihe words and design shown on the seal produced to this meeting of the | mid Council, and further orders that the said seal how produced shall be the Common Seal of the Mayor, Councillors and Burgesses of the Borough of New Plymouth and the seal previously in use shall upon the confirmation hereof be destroyed in the presence of the Council." And Notice is hereby given that the said Resolution will lie submitted to an Ordinary Meeting of the said Council, to be held at the Municipal Offices, Liardet Street, New Plymouth, on MONDAY, the eighth day of December, 1019, at 7.30 p.m., for cc' firmation as a Special Order.
