And I hereby give notice that I snail on the 13th day of December, 1919, at the hour of 11 o'clock in the forenoon, at my office in Stratford, publicly consider all nomi-nation-papers of persons to appoint scrutineers which have been duly lodged in respect of the said Licensing Poll.
