Turner, and a suggestion made that a fitting memorial, something useful and permanent, be erected to his memory. This was lefi to the committee to decide upo'n what form it should® alee. The balance-sheet showed assets £213 15s Sd and liabilities £1 Is lid. t The balance-sheet was adopted. Mr. R. Morgan (Mayor) was elected patron; Mr. A. W. Ogle, president: Messrs D. Campbell, R. Gribbon, E. Beekbessinger, J. Blair, G. P. Walker, and W. A. Marlow, vice-presidents; Mr. A. J. Anns, secretary and treasurer, and Mr. E. Beckbessinger, auditor. THc following committee was elected: Mesdames Beekbessing-er, Anns, Brabant. Aubrey, Spurdle, Jones. Brassington, Nosworthv and Blanehnrd. The secretary was granted £5 5s as an honorarium. Men's committee. Messrs L. H. Sampson, J. f.aing, E. A, Hawkins. G. Bird, G. Nosworthy, C. P. Dugdali, ,J. C. Btanchard, E. Huffaw, A. Pizziy, T. Fowler. The annual subscription \yns fixed nt 2/6 for adults and 7/0 for families up to the age of 16 years. The committee will decide whether to have an opening day in January or not.
