The above teams met at the Show Grounds, neither leaving full sides. < Freezing Works batted first and made a total of 110, of which O. Klnaella made 42 and Clarke 34. Purdue and Hewitt were the most successful bowlers for New Plymouth. In their first innings. New Plymouth made only 28 runs, and were Bent in again. HIGH SCHOOL B. Tho match between the High School A and B teams, set down in last Saturday's fixtures was played by arrangement a few days previously.
