If 110 satisfaction is received regarding the Jenkins ease the Government will probably present an ultimatum to Mexico. It is reported that, there is a new revolt in Mexico and that Carranza has fled from the capital. Later. The State Department has uot received confirmation of the reports civil war in Mexico between Carranza and Obergon, and that Carranza has fled to Queretaro. OFFERS OP MEDIATION.
