CHILDREN'S MAINTENANCE BILL. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. ' Sydney, Nov. 29. Mr. Holrnan is chagrined at the Council strangling the Children's Maintenance Bill, and declares that it is a deliberate thwarting of the Government policy which the Government will not quietly sit under.
