Present indications arc for moderate to strong southerly winds, northward of New Plymouth and Napier, and westerlies to northeffies prevailing: and freshening elsewhere. Weather fair, but cloudiness Increasing greatly and rain probable shortly in the West Coast and southernmost districts. Barometer will fall again soon in tho south.
