EVERYBODY'S. CAKXYLE BLACKWELL IN "HIS • ROYAL HIGHNESS." Carlyle Blaekwell starts off in ''His Royal Highness" as a football enthusiast of Harvard, and finishes up a prince of a Balkan State, wedding the beautiful princess: of a neighbouring principality. The beautiful princess is Evelyn Greeley. The story is a romantic drama well presented and costumed, and while of a light nature, is interesting and spectacular. It is on the iinos of "Graustark," and might have been written by George Parr McCutcheon. The theme is love at first sight, Carlyle having fallen in love with a princess, incognito, and his pal, the prince, having conceded .«. violent affection for a little Apache girl. Of course in their present walks of lifo, the case of each is hopeless, so they change identities, and each attains his or her dearest wish The final screening takes place to-night. THE PEOPLE'S. THE CO-RESPONDENT. To-niaht's new bill presents the noted Jewel production starring Wilfred Lucas and ■r'liew screen beauty Elaine LTammerstein- "The Co-Respondent" is picturised from the play of the same day by Alice Leal Pollock, and is produced by Ralph W. Ince. In settings, lighting, direction, photography, and titling an unusual degree of excellence was attempted. Ralph W. Ince personally directed the production, putting into it the best fruits of the thought and experience that has given him an enviable position among the pioneer screen directors of America The latest Gazette, comedy, and interest films are also on the bill, and to-night's free photo is that of Douglas Fairbanks.
