The Daily Mail understands that Holland is giving up the Kaiser, and that he will be tried at London in the New Year.—United Service. [Herr von Berg, the last Cabinet Chief of the ex'-Emperor Wilhelm, who hasbeen to Amerongen, states that the former Kaiser is not in the feast a broken man, and that he is bearing his lot with dignity and calmness. Tim exEmperor, he says, is suffering more on account of the fate of Germany than on his own account. He showed, himself to be a man of the strongest will, and he spoko no word of complaint when he learned that extradition proceedings were being taken against him.]
