MUNICIPAL POLL RESULTS. London, Nov. "3. The Times, in a leading article, referring to Labor's country-wide successes at the municipal elections, states that many boroughs have been swept, establishing new landmarks. Labor is carrying the outworks of the British system of government, and its power and influence in national decisions becomes more impressive every day. Labor's gains include tlie control of 10 boroughs where previously the party did not hold a seat. , The London votes counted up to the present give the following results:— Labor 284,229 Reformists 175,435 Progressives 05,480
