■ i LOAN BY LOTTERY BONDS. I By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Nor. 23, 5.5 p.m. Paris, Nov. SO. The Government is making a first issue of £160,000,000 in lottery bonds in order to reconstruct the devastated areas. The bonds are 500 francs each, redeemable in sixty years, and bear 5 per cent, interest, free of all French taxation. There are prizes of £IOOOI annually, the highest prize being £4o,ooo.—Aus.-N.Z.
