This did not seem reasonable time to give tne employers a chance of considering tne application and seeing if it were possible to come to some agreement. The Court would fix the hearing for the animation for Friday, the 28th. inst. Having heard the evidence the Court! would consider whether it was necessary 1 or desirable to hear evidence in othe* centres. If m the meantime the parties met in conference and arranged some basis of settlement that would be the better course. He would leave that to tha parties themselves.
