J. L. Hewitt, Manufacturing Chunk t, of Christchurch, after careful analysis, swore contained a liquid, other than "Jeyes' Fluid," and that similar bottles were sent to Jeyes' Sanitary Compounds Coy., Ltd., England, and that the Company has sent out a sworn affidavit to the effect, that the liquid they contained was not .Teyes' Fluid. The Public are Ihorcfore warned that spurious imitations of Jeyes' Fluid have been in circulation, and that no <renuine Jeyes' Fluid is bottled in New Zealand. Further prosecutions are pending. A. C.
