Onehunga, Nov. 20.—Rimu, at 3 p.m., for New Plymouth; passing Manukau Head 3, at C.15 p.m. THE AUPOURL The Aupourl anchored inside the breakwater on Wednesday night and berthed at 6.30 yesterday morning. She landed about 75 tons of cargo and sailed at 11.45 a.m. for Opunako. THE CORINNA. The Corinna arrived at 7.20 a.m. yesterday and after discharging about 750 tons of cargo commenced to load a consignment of butter and cheese for transhipment at Wellington. She is expected to sail this afternoon. THE BADEN POWELL. The Baden Powell had not put In an appearance at the breakwater up to an early hour last evening. She left Wellington at 5 p.m. on Tuesday. THE KARU. The Karu has been diverted from the Well-ington-New Plymouth trip and is expected to go into dock at Lyttelton this week. THE RIMU. The Rimu left Onehunga at 3 p.m. yesterday and should reach hero between 8 and 9 o'clock this morning. She returnß noTth at the usual time to-night. STEAMER FOR MELBOURNE. Dunndin, Yesterday. The Commonwealth steamer Australford has left Melbourne with about 6000 tons of general freight for Lyttelton, Wellington, end Auckland. DEMAND TOR MORE FACILITIES. Dunedln. Yesterday. A conference of Dunedln public bodies last night expressed dissatisfaction with the shipping facilities Resolutions were passed asking that the continuation or renewal of the Vancouver and San Franciscr, mail contracts be at a flat rate to and from four of the main ports of New Zealand; that the Canadian Government t» urged when arranging the steamer service to New Zealand to take Into consideration the making of Dunedln a main port, or one of the ports of call; thai merchant shipping companies be earnestly recommended to take Immediate steps to reestablish regular steamer services between Melbourne and Sydney, and Dunedln and Bluff; that delegates be reques'ed to bring before their respective bodies the question of the Government owning and controlling a line of steamers for the transport of goods In the New Zealand trade.
