THE PRINCE OF WALES.
RECEPTION IN AMERICA. By Telegraph.—Press Assn Copyr'ght. New York, Nov. 19. in Wall Street the mob cheered the Prince of Wales. The chimes of Trinity Church played "God Save the King." Thousands of paper streamers filled the Bky and fell on the prince's car. Business was at a standstill, the offices emptying crowds into the streets. The Prince of Wales visited the skyscrapers, the stock exchange, and the horse show. At a hall given by Mr. Whitelaw Reid he was the guest of honour. The crowds following him shouted: ''Hello Prince; he's a regular guy." Received Nov. 20, 10.35 p.m. New York, Nov. 20. Newspapers comment favorably upon , the Prince of Wales, and point out that Americana fully reciprocate his evident {iking for America. lie New York Times says:—"No bettor Wish can be made for our visitor |Qun that he may equal his grandfather's contribution to the welfare of his country and the world."
