JEYES' FLUID CASE Sir,—The attention of the public is drawn to the iaet that at a recent Trial in Wellington, bottles were produced in Court marked '-Jeyes' Fluid" which Professor Easterfield and Mr. S. J. L. Hewitt, Manufacturing Chemist, of Christchurch, after careful analysis, swore contained a liquid other than "Jeyes' Fluid," and that similar bottles were sent to Jeyes' Sanitary Compounds Coy., Ltd., England, and that the Company has sent out a sworn affidavit to the effect that the liquid they contained was not Jeyes' Fluid. The Public are Jierefore warned that spurious imitations of Jeyes' Fluid hare been in circulation, and that no genuine Jeyes' Fluid is bottled in New Zealand. Further prosecutions are pending. A. C.
