The latest election returns show that the Republicans gained nine seats, the Republican left gained twelve and lost five. The Liberal section gained ten, and the Radicals gained four, and lost 21. Leading Socialists defeated include M. Brizon Renaudel, director of the 'newspaper La Humanite. The re-elected include M. Viviaui.
