Hen Sclieidemann writes in Vor>waerts: "The Government is merely the decoration of the lire-guard behind which the reactionaries are about to reerect Kaiserdom. The entire army seems to be at the disposal of the Monarchists." Herr Sclieidemann: calls on the workers to unite. Hindcnburg requests the public to refrain from further demonstrations in his honor as likely to cause disorder. Received Nov. 10, 7.30 p.m. Amsterdam, Nov. 17.
