ACTION OF ANFU GROUP. PREMIER WITHDRAWS SUBSIDIES. STUDENTS STRIKE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright, Received Nov 19, 9,:50 p.m. Pekin, Nov. 17. The Anfu group, which is opposing Premier Chin Yum Pong's Cabinet appointments, has finally agroed to accept them, with the exception of the Minister of Finance, M. Coowtzuehi. The Premier has stopped all the Anfu subsidies, affecting eighteen Peki'n newspapers, and causing dissension in Anfu ranks, some of the elements claiming that the party is becoming unpopular as the result of its unnecessary political obstructions. Students at Peiyang University bojeeted to an American professor, claiming that he was incompetent. A strike developed, resulting in the resignation of ■the Dean of the University—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
