BOROUGH OF NEW PLYMOUTH. is hereby given (hat a Special Meeting of the New Plymouth Borough Council, held on the 10th day of November, Win, the following resolution was passed:— 'The Common Seal of the Mayor, Councillors Mid Burgesses of the Borough of New Plymouth having become worn out and no longer suitable for use, the New Plymouth Borough Council, in pursuance of the provisions of section 4 of "The Municipal I Corporations Act, 1905," hereby orders such seal to be altered and changed to Che words and design shown on the seal prodi.ced to this meeting of the said Council, and further orders that the said seal now produced shall be the Common Seal of the Mayor. Councillors and Burgesses of the Borough of New Ply ..th and the seal previously in use shall upon the confirmation hereof be destroyed in the presence of the Council."
