By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright, Received Nov. 17, 10.45 p.m. Sydney, Nov. 17. special articles in the Press have drawn the Government's attention to the disastrous drought in the northern parts of the State. A Farmers' Relief Bill is being introduced in the Assembly next week providing a moratorium under certain conditions. A sum of £120,000 has already been advanced to necessitous cases.—Aus.-N.Z.
