DANGER OF SURPRISE ATTACK. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyrieht, Received Nov ro, 5.5 p.m. London, Nov. 13. The Premier informed a deputation that the naval and mililarv advisors must examine the dangers of'a surprise attack before the Government commits itself to the Channel tunnel. If the report is favorable the Government will be willing to give general support, but if otherwise it would accept no responsi-bility.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
