HELP FROM THE GOVERNMENT. By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent. Wellington, Last Night. It was announced during the session that in cases where returned soldiers who were not in receipt of pension wished to insure and were loaded on account of war injuries, the Government would pay the loading. The Minister for Defence stated to-day that this concession was being extended to all returned soldiers, whether in receipt of" pension or not.
