EVERYBODY'S. MATINEE AT 2 P.M. TO-DAY. "HEREDITY," A WORLD FEATURE. A remarkable romance is unfolded in the World feature "Heredity" screening this afternoon and to-night at Everybody's. Barbara Castleton is the star and she is well supported by little Madge Evans and John Bowers in a story that is delightfully told and presented. Romance is intermingled with mystery and adventure, and the interest is well sustained throughout. The trial for murder of an innocent girl is a feature of the play that gives ample opportunity for Bara'bara Castleton to display her emotional powers. Hereditary courage and faith are a feature of the plot and are brought out in a convincing manner in the character so ably portrayed by the young star. The supporting programme includes two highly amusing' comedies and two fine Topical gazettes. Coming Monday, Mabel Nonnand as "Sis Hopkins." THE PEOPLE'S. WONDERFUL CHARLES RAY ' To-day's new bill commencing at-MSfc matinee presents Ince's wonder boy of the screen, Charles Ray. in his latest Paramount picture, "String Beajis." This is claimed to be Ray's best role to date, and it is ono in which he has sample scope to display his prowess as a boxer Ali men hare not the same talents. Toby could not deliver a public speech, but he could fight like a cornered wildcat—which he did when his sweetheart and her father were in peril. He was a raw country boy, but he knew a crook when he saw one The latest gazettes and Paramount comedy are also on the bill. MR. AMOORE'S SONG RECITALS. Those of our readers who enjoy a good concert should take this opportunity of hearing Mr. Amoore while he is in Tarftnaki. These concerts are educational as well as being a musical treat, and the Australian singer is able to give from his extensive repertoire a very varied programme. Selections from grand opera dramatic as well as lyrical, well-known sacred numbers from the great masters' oratorios, in which he demonstrates extraordinary flexibility, as well as beautiful legato singing and old ever-green ballads, including ballads which are modern, and in their way, if only as a contrast, quite as intexestingv Mr. ATVToorc is appearing in the Parish Hall, Stratford, this evening and full particulars concerning his recitals will be found on page one. Attention is directed to the alteration in the date of the Eltham recital from Friday, Nov. 21st, to Monday, Nov. 24th.
