HER THIRD HUSBAND. London, Oct. 28The correspondent of the Times at Paris reports that the Dowager-Duchess of Sutherland and Lieutenant-Colonel Dawes, of the Royal Fusiliers, were married at that city, the strictest privacy being observed. [Millicent, Dowager-Duchess of Sutherland, has been married twice previously. In 1884, as Lady Millicent Fanny St. Clair-Erskine, she married the fourth Duke of Sutherland. The Duke died in 1913, and the duchess, in 1914, married Colonel P. D. Fitzgerald (son of Mr. Nicholas Fitzgerald), from whom she was recently divorced.]
