GERMAN CRIMINALS.
BELGIUM'S LONG LIST. London, Oct. 28. A message from Brussels states that the Belgian Government has forwarded to Paris 1150 names of German civilians and soldiers charged with crimes during the invasion and occupation of Belgium. A number of German soldiers w.n shortly be court-martialled in England on charges of cruelty to British prisoners of war.
