The recommendations made by the Waimana Board to remove the risk of a recurrence are being immediately put into effect. Regarding delays and discomforts attending the actual embarkation the Board finds the conditions at fault include those over which the Australian authorities have little or no control, but recommendations have been made with a view to improving or removing them.—Aus.-N.Z.
