AWARD TO NAVAL OFFICERS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Nov. 13, 10.15 a.m. London, Nov. 11. The victoria Cross has been awarded to Commander C. C. Dobson and to Lieut. G, C. Steel, of the Royal Navy, in connection with a motor boat Taid on Ivronstadt on August ISth. Commander Dobson was commander of a flotilla, and his boat torpedoed a Bolshevik battleship, and also a second battleship. I here are many lesser awards to officers and men for the same exploit. j
