A NEW AEROPLANE.

A MACHINE WITHOUT WINGS. By TsleeraDh.—Press Asan.—Cocyrleht. London, Nov. 8. The Paris correspondent of the Daily Mail states that the French Government has bought the patents for a wingless twin-engined aeroplane designed by Professor Loeoin and the engineer Danblanc, who claim it solves the difficulties of vertical ascension and slow flight, as well as ability to remain motionless in the air. The machine is provided with twin fonr-bladed propellers, the blades being built of material resembling the wings of tin ordinary aeroplane, but much stronger, .and each blade is variable of being given a change of angle, thus regulating the machine's evolutions and speed. If the engines fail, manipulation of the propeller will enable the machine to volplane normally to earth.— United Service.
