BOROUGH OF NEW PLYMOUTH. is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the New Plymouth Borough Council, held on the 10th day of November, 1919, the following resolution was passed:— "The Common Seal of the Mayor, Councillors and Burgesses of the Borough of New Plymouth having become worn out and no longer suitable for use, the New Plymouth Borough Council, in pursuance of the provisions of section 4 of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908," hereby orders such seal to be altererl and changed to the words and design shown on the seal produced to this meeting of the said Council, and further orders that the said seal now produced shall be the Common Seal of the Mayor, Councillors and Burgesses of the Borough of New Plymouth and the seal previously in use shall upon the con- , firmation hereof he destroyed in the presence of the Council." And Notice is hereby given that the said Resolution will be submitted to an Ordinary Meeting of the said Council, to be held at the Municipal Offices, Liardet Street, New Plymouth, on MONDAY, the. eighth day of December, 1919, at 7.30 p.m., for confirmation as a Special Order.
