AU the town 1 grounds were occupied and one country ground at flkorangl. In the senior competition New Plymouth A defeated the same club's B team, Freezing Works defeated Tikorangi, while High School went down by a narrow margin to Old Boys. in the junior matches. High Sehool A had a margin of 12 runs In their favor in a two-innings match against Waireka on Saturday, and gained a 3-point victory. For the School. Blundell, with 24, went a long way towards securing the win. A feature of tho game was Brokenshlre's bowling, he securing the excellent figures of 8 wickets for 7 runs.
