DISORDER BREAKS OUT AGAIN.

Reports reaching India state that since the British withdrawal from the Black Sea and the Caspian region brigandage and disorder have been rife jigain in Persia. The wealthy Republican party is ■spreading rumors t!i"at the British intend evacuating Mesopotamia and Asia Minor with the hope of provoking revotuition and during the absence of the Shah seizing the reins of government The attitude of the Shah's army is uncertain, but it will take the side likely to win.
Enver Pasha is reported to be at. Rumoli and holds the fortress of Ei] Jivan, in spite of the order of the Sultan to give it up. He is preparing an armya to attack the Armenian republic.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assu.
