YOUNG HELPERS' LEAGUE. Under the auspices of the above league, several "habitations" have been arranged in New Plymouth on behalf of the Jubilee Fund in connection with the Dr. Barnado Homes. Captain Allen, who is very well known locally as a very entertaining elocutionist, Was placed his services at the disposal oi the New Zealand organisers of the movement and a tour has been mapped out for him to visit nearlv all the towns in the Dominion in the interests of the fund. Captain Allen is always sure of an enthusiastic reception and his items last night were, if possible' more enjoyed than usual.
