AFGHANS CAUSING TROUBLE. BRITISH TO ADVANCE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.--Copyright. Allahabad, Nov. 2. The Afghans are spreading .'reports among the Waziris that an armistice only exists between the Afghans and the 'British and that an early resumption of the general frontier war may be expected. . On the strength of these stories the tribesmen are gathering for raiding purposes, and attacks on convoys have been ordered by the former Afghan commander, who is now helping the Waziris.
